MHK MEATBALL CHALLENGE

Join us for a truly special night with some of London’s most exciting chefs and important food critics, Friday 14th June, in aid of Movember charity. For one night only, executive chef Tom Cenci will handover the reins to a lineup of chefs from eight restaurants across London, including:

  • Ruben’s Rubens, Ruben Dawnay; Firebird, Giacomo Peretti; Grasso, Anna Grasso; Helen Graham, previously of Bubala; Neil Rankin, founder of Symplicity Foods; Levan, Philip Limpl and Fatto Mano Pizza, Antonio Braccio. Competing alongside them will be our very own Tim Connor and Gianluigi Di Ghionno

THE DETAILS

  • Each participant will be serving up their interpretation of the humble meatball – in whatever form this may take with any garnish, sauce or accompaniment

Attendees on the night will be invited to judge each dish with final votes being cast by a panel of expert judges including The Times’ restaurant critic Giles Coren, chef and food writer Ravneet Gill, London-based food blogger Kar-Shing Tong (also known as @ks_ate_here_) and editor of restaurant news publication Hot Dinners, Catherine Hanly. The winning dish will be declared on the night.

Tickets for the evening are priced at £25 and will include samples of each dish entered into the competition, a drink on arrival from Limoncello di Capri and a vote. Tickets for this event are now sold out.
